Trial to open with the tour of the home for murder of NH

NASHUA, New Hampshire (AP) - counsel for the defence in the murder at the first trial of New Hampshire fatal home invasion are renewing their efforts to obtain the trial moved.

Lawyers plan support movements before Monday afternoon to convene jurors and were bused to the home of Mount Vernon where a mother and her 11 year old daughter were attacked with a machete and a knife a year ago.

Eighteen Steven Spader is on trial for murder and other charges in connection with the Introduction House break-ins and attacks that have killed aged 42 Kimberly Cates and severely injured his daughter, Jaimie.Jaimie survived feigning death as his attackers has continued to sink and his kicking.

Jaimie Cates can be called to testify at the procès.Elle is on the list of 70 witnesses, that the Crown may appeal.
