McCain: Too early to approve Sarah Palin 2012

WASHINGTON (AP) - Senator John McCain called Sarah Palin a "pending candidate" for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012, but stresses that it is too early to approve its.

McCain said "The Early show's CBS" Tuesday that "I don't think Sarah would be me, until she is even able to take a decision" on the race.

The Arizona Republican said "it's very early to start picking winners and losers" it said is still his partner race 2008 "in high esteem" and said that he is amused by former Governor Alaska "liberal media" confrontations.

Palin has actively participated in the campaign, fundraising, throwing its support behind a host of conservative Republicans backed tea and giving speeches across the country.
