2 students withdrew after the suicide of Rutgers

NEW BRUNSWICK, New Jersey (AP) - the first two Rutgers University year, students accused of broadcasting secretly a classmate online sexual encounter is removed from the school. Later, the classmate is suicide.

Lawyer Steven Altman, explains this means Dharun Ravi and Molly Wei will not face disciplinary hearings of the University.

Altman, which represents Ravi, said The Home News Tribune East Brunswick client plans to attend school on the other hand.

Wei, Attorney Rubin Sinins said Newark Star-book his client feared for his safety.

Ravi and Wei accused of invasion of privacy.

Authorities say that ravi used a webcam to capture his roommate, Tyler Clementi, having a sexual encounter with another man.

Clementi jumped to his death by the George Washington Bridge days later.

Prosecutors are considering charges of hate crimes.
