Construction Pipeline

Since 1992 we have been providing valuable project leads to subcontractors in Major metropolitan area around the country. The fundamental concept that we have built our company on, is the ability to offer a unique reprt that covers strictly private sector projects-negotiated work, directly with the general contractor. We are the ONLY construction lead company that is 100% private sector commercial and residential, new construction as well as lots of commercial tenant improvements and rehabs, and residential remodels and additions.

Each of our editors’ put in hundreds of man hours each week, speaking directly with general contractors to find out about current and upcoming projects in each of the areas that we cover, finding the generals that are looking to take hard bids from subcontractors. We maintain a job base of over 250 projects monthly that are active bidding opportunities, and add more than 50 new jobs in each area that we cover every two weeks. We show hundreds of thousands of dollars of business in every copy of the report that we send out for each of the trades that we cover. All project information is directly from the general contractor or project manager and is updated with them before every new report is published. We include emails and fax numbers for easy pre-qualification and the name and phone number of the decision maker for the project shown.

Construction Pipeline leads are a very simple and easy way of always having a steady flow of new work to pick and choose from and a great way to get your foot in the door and establish relationships with new general contractors that are in need for a good quality sub contractor. You can always go to www.construction pipeline.com to find out for yourself.
